	Mr.Abhishek Chaudhary, M.B.A., AMP (Harvard Business School), EPBM (Kellogg School of Management) P.G.D.C.L. Management Consultant Managing Director, Vorks Softwares India (P) Limited Formerly with Nestle India Limited Vice Chairman, Institute of Management and Development Patron Trustee, Ch.Ram Richpal Education and Research Foundation An MBA who worked in senior management position at Nestle, was one of the corporate who moved into entrepreneurship. He is a practicing management consultant and a prominent member of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ASSOCHAM), Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS), and a corporate advisor to the United Nations on Cluster Develoment and was a visiting faculty at many management schools. He has devoted more than eight years towards rural development and upliftment of rural population especially in the states of Haryana and Rajasthan. He is also the Managing Director of Vorks GmbH, Germany and of Vorks Softwares India (P) Limited, a software company specializing in ERP, Chairman and Sales Force Automation technologies. His association with academics seeded the idea of moving into academics himself, for he found a number of lacunae in the institute, especially the vast gap between industry expectations and requirements from MBAs and what most management institute deliver. He became the founder of the Institute of Management and Development. Dr.Narender Singh, Scientist H, Outstanding Scientist (Management) is a hardcore IITian. He had obtained his Bachelor of Engineering and M.Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi in 1970 & 1972 respectively. In year 2004, he obtained Ph.D in Technology Management (Concurrent Engineering) from the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi. Dr Narender Singh joined DRDO through campus recruitment scheme in 1972 at DRDL, Hyderabad. There he was instrumental in the development of high power launcher for surface to air missile systems. He was also a key member for conducting feasibility studies for SS-45 and SS-150 surface to surface missile systems. From 1980 to 1988 he took over as the Director for Planning and Establishing the National Test Range. He was associated with ITR/National Range Group at DRDO Headquarters. In 1988, he took over as the Director Planning and Coordination in DRDO HQrs. This office was renamed in 2000 as Directorate of Planning and Coordination. There his prime task was to assist SA to RM and CCs(R&D) in Technical Communication from DRDO to higher offices including the Prime Minister’s Office, the office of Raksha Mantri, the Parliament, other offices under Ministry of Defence, and offices of other Scientific Ministries. He has taken over as the Director, Institute of Technology Management (ITM), Mussoorie on 01, Jan 2003. Under his visionary leadership and academic guidance, ITM with sharp customer focus & rejuvenated efforts is being steered to glories. With an objective to transform ITM as Center of Excellence in Technology Management Education and Research, his untiring efforts has led to the accreditation of ITM as a center for DPhil – Doctoral Research in Management by HNB University, Garhwal. He is a Specialist of Production and Operations Management and is also Past President of OR Society of India. He has a vast professional and academic career. Prof. Gautam Bhattacharya, B.Tech. (IIT-Kanpur), MBA (IIM-Ahmedabad) International Trainer and Management Consultant Prof. Gautam Bhattacharya, an MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad, has over 25 years experience both in the corporate sector (upto CEO Level) and in academics (upto Director levels). An extensive corporate trainer, he has also chaired a number of national and international conferences. His first book on Interpersonal Communication Skills, was published in the USA. Acclaimed by the business press as a leading expert on brands, he has also been televised on various management topics. Prof. Dharam Vir Sardana, C.A. International Consultant (Finance & Accounts) - World Bank Prof. D.V.Sardana is a B.Com. (Hons) graduate from Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, and a Chartered Accountant with a brilliant academic record. He has over 35 years of rich and varied experience in the corporate world - both in public as well as private sectors - in Indian and abroad having held senior positions, including at the level of Finance Director. During his career he was associated with cement, transport and construction industries. Recently he was also retained by the Government of Tajikistan as International Consultant - Finance and Accounts for their World Bank funded projects.
